Twenty-five percent of all net income from SARPONG GARDENS is covenanted by law to TinyOak® — our education and community charity. This applies to both the rental income from the townhouses and the net sale proceeds from the apartments. Every month rent is collected, a quarter flows into the community. Every apartment sold, a quarter of the net goes to TinyOak®. Renting or buying at SARPONG GARDENS is an investment in the community as well as the property.
